Corrosion behavior of Cu/Al casting-rolled clad plates in different alkaline solution

چکیده

The effect of pH value and different kinds anions on the corrosion behavior Cu/Al casting-rolled clad plates in alkaline solution was evaluated by means scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), weight loss analysis, 3D confocal laser (CLSM) electrochemical test. Results show mainly occurs aluminum side. resistance decreases as increases. When pH≥12, dissolution film layer is faster than passivation process. addition Cl− ions reduces plates, which leads to pitting corrosion. higher concentration ions, more prone occur. SO42− causes denudation samples. better containing NO3− that or ions. adding SO42−, pure solution, decreases.
